A recent Girls Inc. study called The Supergirl Dilemma shows that girls are feeling increasing pressure to be perfect, thin, and accommodating. Three-quarters (74%) of girls in the study agree that girls are under a lot of pressure to please everyone. Not only does Alyssa Milano feel their pain, she's also got quite the catchy the solution.
